We received great feedback from our customers and judges for our chorizo. It is well spiced but there was a clear demand for a spicier sausage. Accordingly, we have taken our original recipe and increased the flavouring. The pimenton, garlic and cayenne are not shy, but still, let the flavour of the wonderful Tamworth meat come through.
For those with a taste for all things spicy, this chorizo will not disappoint.
