Whole Free Range Bronze Turkey, Whole Free Range Duck & Whole Chicken, with sage and cranberry sausage meat and bacon.
We remove the central carcass bone from the whole turkey, and then carefully layer fully boneless duck & chicken inside along with sausage meat and tie it together, leaving legs and wings intact on the turkey, to still resemble the traditional whole bird at the dinner table.

Our turkeys have been specially bred by the Newman family, the third generation of turkey farmers at Dereham Farm, High Wycombe. These turkeys really set the benchmark amongst all others. Each turkey is game-hung to develop and enrich their flavour further.
Our whole ducks are sourced from the Madgett family who farms in Chepstow. These birds are dry plucked with the addition of wax. They offer a fantastic richer flavour and are great for those who like gamier-tasting meat.
All of our chicken is Highbury Cotswold from Shropshire, Highbury Poultry is a small independent private company with over 50 years of experience in rearing and producing live poultry. The site is 100% Halal slaughter, higher lever BRC accredited, Red Tractor Approved and HACCP controlled. All their farms are within a 50-mile radius ensuring a full and local provenance. This flavoursome and natural English Chicken has superb taste.
